2/28 In class Midterm Review

Format of the Midterm

The midterm will have both a written (short answer, multiple choice) and then a hands-on section. The hands on section will be the longer portion of the exam but the written part is also very important! The written portion will be done first off of the computer.

How should you prepare for the midterm?

Look over all the class notes that are provided for you on the class webpage as well as your own that you may have taken. Look over the important reading and all the homework you have done. The homework  will be particularily helpful for preparing for the hands on section. Look at the comments that Dr. Semmes and I have made on previous homework assignments to see mistakes you have made in the past so that you do not repeat those same mistakes on the midterm.

Practicing your assignments is a good idea. (Dr. Semmes)
